Terms of Service

Only people age 21 and over are allowed to purchase alcohol in New York State. In order to purchase from this website, you must be over 21.

We will process your orders within 48 hours (2 business days) and initiate the shipping process. The UPS store in Victor NY is our carrier.  They will provide shipping and will send you tracking information when they receive your order. You are required to provide valid ID showing you are at least 21 years of age with and shippers will be required to get a signature from an adult in order to deliver the package legally. We guarantee bottles will arrive in good condition, and if they do not we will replace them. For your convenience, if you prefer to pick up the shipment from the Victor store, normal store hours will apply. Proof of age and signature will still be required.

Shipping is currently provided in the local area only. If you are ordering from an area outside the Finger Lakes Region of New York, please contact us and we will provide shipping costs to your location. If you are outside of New York State your local laws may impact our ability to deliver to you. Some states prohibit us from shipping to you. When you contact us we can tell you whether your state will allow us to sell and ship to you.
