2017 REISLING
Our 2017 Riesling is a semi-dry varietal, with lemon overtones. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying life and goes with a wide range of cheeses including swiss, gouda, Monterey jack, Havarti, and cheddar. It is also great as an accompaniment to fish or chicken, and to many ethnic foods including Chinese and pasta dishes with pesto or white pizzas.
CHERRY MEAD
Our Cherry Mead is a honey wine fermented with cherry concentrate to provide a fruit-forward semi-dry wine. More honey is added after the initial fermentation to create a slightly sweet taste for the palate and to bring out the natural cherry flavor. If you are a fan of meads, ours may be a little drier than some and a little stronger (13.5% alcohol). This mead is ideal with cheese and charcuterie and will complement meats such as chicken, ham, and pork. It will also go well with Chinese and Southeast Asian dishes that include fruits or coconut milk.
2018 Finger Lakes Dry Riesling
Our 2018 Dry Riesling is truly dry with prominent notes of grapefruit and milder apple notes. It is a fine example of the Riesling style the Finger Lakes are famous for and will not disappoint. This wine pairs well with white fish or chicken, particularly when simple herbs or lemon are used on the grill or in the oven. It is very refreshing on a hot summer day with residual sugar of .002%.
2018 Cabernet Franc
Our 2018 Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied dry red wine. It is unoaked, making the flavor of the Cabernet Franc grape more prominent in the nose and on the palate. This versatile wine is a great complement to a wide range of foods, from red meats and pastas to various ethnic dishes. It is an anytime wine to pair with a meal or appetizers.
2018 FINGER LAKES MARQUETTE
Our Marquette is a dry full-bodied red wine. It is unoaked to make the fruit more prominent, with notes of plum and red currant. It pairs well with roasted meats and autumn veggies.zers.
2019 Valley White Wine Finger Lakes
A unique blend of two estate wines–Riesling and Vidal Blanc. It is very dry with strong citrus notes and a crisp, fresh taste. Pairs well with lighter meats, seafood, or veggies.
Quince Lemon Mead - OUT OF STOCK

2019 Riesling Finger Lakes
Our 2019 Riesling has a fruit-forward nose and taste. It is semi-dry and well balanced. It pairs well with lighter meats, seafood, or vegetarian dishes and is perfect with a wide range of cheeses and appetizers.
Autumn Wildflower Mead
We use a local late season wildflower honey with a distinctive nose and flavor. The autumn honeys are dark amber producing a stronger honey flavor in the mead. Semi-dry finish.
2019 Marquette Finger Lakes
Marquette is a blue-black grape recently introduced into the Finger Lakes Region. It has a robust character and a smooth taste. And pairs best with hearty meats or Mediterranean dishes.
2019 Leon Millot Finger Lakes Region
Leon Millot is a robust blue-black grape that produces a very full-bodied red wine. A Finger Lakes Red with plum notes and a full mouthfeel. Pairs best with roasts and steaks.
Black Raspberry Mead - 375 ML
Black Raspberry Mead is a sweet wine using local berries and clover blossom honey. Available only at our winery. Pairs well with vanilla, caramel, or chocolate desserts.
2020 Leon Millot Finger Lakes Region
Our 2020 Leon Millot is a full-bodied dry red. It has a nose that hints of smoke and cherry. Pairs well with steaks, roasts, and pastas.
Orange Mead with raisins and spices - OUT OF STOCK
Our Orange Mead with raisins and spices is semi-dry and uses local wildflower honey. Slightly sweet to the taste, with distinct notes of orange, clove, and cinnamon. It pairs well with duck and pork or alone.
2021 Leon Millot Finger Lakes Region
Our 2021 Leon Millot is a full, soft red wine. It pairs beautifully with red meats, pastas, and many spicy ethnic dishes.
PEACH MEAD
Our Peach Mead is full bodied and sweet. It balances the delicate peach flavor with the local clover honey. It can be a dessert on its own or blend well with rum in a wide range of cocktails.
2020 Valley Red Wine Finger Lakes Region
Our Valley Red Wine is a very robust red with notes of cherry and a soft finish. It pairs well with pastas, steaks, and pork.
2024 Rosé Wine Finger Lakes Region
Our 2024 Rosé Wine is semi-dry, flavorful, and complex, made from our Leon Millot grapes. It pairs perfectly with charcuterie, chicken, and pork.

The Marquette grape produces a robust wine. Our 2020 is a full-bodied dry red with notes of black cherry. It pairs well with roasts, stews, and many ethnic dishes.

2024 Vidal Blanc Finger Lakes
Our 2024 Vidal Blanc is crisp and a little sweet with hints of peach. This wine is perfect for relaxing on the deck or paired with cheese, seafood or poultry.
